Assistant Director of Change and ProgrammesLocation: Hybrid (London - 2 days per week)Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 + benefitsType: 12-18 Month FTCOrganisation: Leading UK Membership BodyOverviewThis is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact, values-driven UK membership body as Assistant Director of Change and Programmes. You will lead the planning, execution, and assurance of transformational programmes-most notably within Fitness to Practise (FtP) and the organisation-wide Modernisation of Systems (MOTS) initiative.As the driving force behind major programmes, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a portfolio of high-priority change initiatives that underpin the organisation's refreshed corporate strategy. You will lead the delivery of two major internal programmes, working closely with stakeholders and C-suite executives to understand their priorities, provide regular progress updates, and offer strategic insight into how best to drive these programmes forward.Key Responsibilities
About YouYou are an experienced senior change leader with a proven record of delivering complex programmes in a regulatory, public sector, or membership organisation environment.
